How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Each leather watch strap is custom handcrafted, with a customization period of approximately 2 weeks.
Once the watch strap is completed, flat rate shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks for delivery at a cost of $12 USD.
For expedited shipping via FedEx, delivery times are reduced to approximately 1 week, with shipping costs ranging from $25 to $35 USD depending on the destination country.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If the watch band has custom colors or lug sizes, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of quality issues.
For the standard colors or lug sizes you may request a return for a refund or replacement.
Please ensure that returned straps are in new, unworn condition to be eligible for a return.

If you couldn’t find the watch band for your watch, please send us picture of your watch and buckle. We can custom watch bands for most of the watches.
